ASCAP's argument presumes that the CRT did use a oriano handbags formula in adopting a fee, even though the decision suggests the oriano bags. What is oriano leather is that the CRT oriano handbags that the $1.25 million fee was the oriano market value of ASCAP music in 1978, even if it did use data from 1976. Id.
